The 19th annual Glenwood Springs Post Independent/Garfield County Humanitarian Service Awards will be held Jan. 28 at the Hotel Colorado.Nomination forms for outstanding Garfield County residents are now being published in the Post Independent. Anyone from Garfield County may nominate anyone who lives in Garfield County. Categories are youth, senior, volunteer and staff.
