Outdoor enthusiasts can help make a difference for local trails on National Trails Day Saturday, June 7, at two volunteer projects in the Roaring Fork Valley.Locals are invited to join the nonprofit Roaring Fork Outdoor Volunteers for a rewarding day of trail maintenance work at either the Sunnyside Trail just west of Aspen, or the Scout and Forest Hollow trails above Glenwood Springs.Volunteers will receive training, quality camaraderie and exercise, breakfast snacks, free dinner, T-shirts and the chance at prizes donated by local businesses.
