Girl Scout Troop #244 of Silt is hosting a yard sale from 9 a.. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at the Silt Community Center, Fifth and Grand Ave. in Silt. Twenty-five families have donated items. The troop is raising funds for a trip to Washington, D.C.For more information, call 876-5644.
The Glenwood Springs High School Key Club is hosting a pancake breakfast from 7:30-11a.m. Saturday, April 11, in the Glenwood Springs High School cafeteria. Funds will help build a school in Papua, New Guinea.
Weather permitting, the Carbondale Boy Scout Troop #235 is hosting a fundraising car wash from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at the Colorado National Bank parking lot in El Jebel. The troop is raising funds for summer camp and the National Jamboree in July of 2010.
