Glenwood Library sale to feature 15,000 books

The Friends of the Glenwood Springs Branch Library will hold their fall used book sale from Oct. 1-8.

The book sale will be open during the following times: Saturday, Oct. 1, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; Tuesday, Oct. 4, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Wednesday, Oct. 5, 12 to 7:30 p.m.; Thursday, Oct. 6, 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, Oct. 7, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and Saturday, Oct. 8, 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Library volunteers estimate there are well over 15,000 used hardback and paperback books for sale, including works of fiction and nonfiction, and both adult and children’s books. Books are sorted by category.



The library is located at 413 Ninth St. and the sale is held in the basement.

Book donations for the sale are gratefully accepted during the library’s hours of operation. For more information, call 945-5958.
