The Grand Valley High School drama class will be presenting a comedy, the three- act, Rest Assured, by Donald Payton. Mr. Morlock, who will be played by Justin Munyer, is a fidgety, grouchy old fellow who doesnt like anything but money and wont let his daughter Mary (played by Dani Gonzales) marry Joe Laconi (played by Jesse Epperson) because Joe is poor. So when Joes papa, Luigi, (played by Taylor Hendricks) comes over to plead his sons case, the two men start feuding and Mr. Morlock says if Mary weds Joe, it will be over his dead body! Luigi says if they dont get married, itll be over his. When Luigi has a heart attack, the feud appears over. But Luigi gets permission from up there to come back to haunt Mr. Morlock and continue haunting him until he gives the kids his blessing. Mr. Morlock is frenzied. Luigis ghost, visible only to Morlock, kicks him off the cough, pulls the covers off him, kicks him in the seat, flirts with his secretary, and cavorts around in a fashion that would put most ghosts to shame.
