NO. I may change my mind when the price gets reduced to 50 cents at the Parachute Library Book Sale and I don’t have anything else to do. But I doubt it!

Yes. I have already bought a copy for tonight. It will be nice to read about our national history of a budget surplus, smart national defense, environmental protection, and funded education. Perhaps in November our nation will elect John Kerry and move forward again.

I can’t say President Clinton’s book is next on my reading list, but, yeah, I’ll get around to reading it. He was an interesting enough character and created enough chaos in the White House to pique my interest. Under the topic of chaos, Clinton’s memoirs will read like a Dr. Seuss book compared to what George W. may have to say one day. Hopefully, we give President Bush plenty of time to start writing his book on Nov. 3.

I read a lot of books, but I’ll probably skip this one. Historians and columnists have already started to say complimentary things about his presidency, and there were some positive accomplishments during his tenure.

However, I have no desire to read his whiny self-justification for immoral conduct and prevarications. It is bad enough that these actions occurred, but to glorify them for the public to salivate over seems to me to be the height of ostentation.
