Letter: Fix infrastructure so that city is more livable

The citizens of Glenwood Springs seem to agree that our infrastructure is crumbling and would like it fixed sooner than later. To this end I have spent many personal hours studying our city budget and listening. I have attended the publicly open meetings where solutions to the problem have been discussed. I have met with city engineers, financial officers and administrators and heard the analysis of the problem and possible solutions. I am voting “Yes” for the only cost effective and immediate solution that has been proposed. I choose to say “Yes” to solve the problem we all know we have. I want my infrastructure to be fixed so that this city is more livable and I can continue to be proud to live here.
