Letter: Flying, no. Guns, yes

Those on the terror watch list, reprehensible as they may be, deserve the same rights and protections as everyone else.

As if gun control advocates aren’t satisfied destroying the Second Amendment, now they are shifting focus to the Fourth Amendment’s right to due process.

A governmental agency cannot arbitrarily take a citizen’s rights. Where would that end? What if tomorrow the government said we’re going to quarter soldiers in all houses over 5,000 square feet? That would be a violation of the Third Amendment without the due process of the Fourth Amendment. Both presidential nominees are wrong.
