Letter: Put two stamps on Garfield County ballot

Ballot alert! The Garfield County ballot is two long pages with a privacy sleeve. The complete envelope weighs more than one ounce. The correct postage is 71 cents, or two regular first class stamps.  It is possible the USPS would not deliver your ballot without proper postage. The last day to mail is Oct. 30; after that date, use the drop-off locations.

My Eagle County property ballot weighed in at less than 1 ounce. One ordinary stamp is good.
