Letter: Settle up, RFTA
I understand that RFTA has decided to appeal the Sos case after pleading that they would not waste any more of the taxpayers’ money.
It makes me wonder if they have some underlying reason or motive to pursue this lost cause. Whatever the reason, the taxpayer tends to question funded studies to show a reason for increasing our taxes if they continue to pursue this case ($600,000-plus and increasing as we speak).
Just settle the case.
