Letter: A thank-you to law enforcement

I would love to extend a huge thank you to the “brotherhood” found within law enforcement officers.

The agencies contacted and heard me speak of my younger brother, made me feel as if you all know him personally. It speaks volumes not only to me, but my brother’s family as well.

I would love to thank the following agencies for giving me a few moments of their time and gladly sending encouraging words to a brother found within the brotherhood of law officers. Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, Parachute, Rifle, Silt as well as the Garfield and Eagle county sheriff’s departments.

I have stated and will forever state, all within my power to do to keep my younger brother’s spirits high as he battles complications to colon cancer surgery I shall do.

Thanks be for the brotherhood and the willingness to jump on the bandwagon. Your kindness shall always be remembered by his family.
