Letter: Anybody but Hickenlooper
I read the article regarding Governor Hickenlooper and was thinking, how did this article come up with the fact that 45 percent of the people in Colorado would re-elect him if he ran again as governor? Surely you jest. He is so far out of touch with the Western Slope. We have Sheriffs Departments that have filed a lawsuit against him regarding the gun control laws. He threw out how many petitions that the Western Slope delivered to him. He keeps putting off the recall vote of two people in the Colorado Legislature. I think the poll should read 75 percent of the Western Slope is against his re-election. Lets get real, I am neither a Democrat or Republican. Surely we could do better with anybody else than with Hickenlooper, He has made a mockery of the governor’s office.
