Best year ever at the Rifle Heritage Center

As 2015 has come to a close and we embark on another new year, we want to thank all those who helped make 2015, our best year ever at the Rifle Heritage Center. We want to especially thank the Rifle Community Foundation, Clough Foundation, Deardorff Trust, Bernklau Family Trust, Cayton Foundation, CHRAB, VIF, the city of Rifle and Garfield County, Xcel Energy, Mark Briels Electric, Mountain High Paint, Micro Plastics, B & B Plumbing, Johnson & Carter Architects & Jean’ Printing for the support they have given us.

We have been able to make great strides toward our goals to update and improve the museum that depicts the peoples and life, as it was known, in the city of Rifle and surrounding areas. We also want to thank all of our wonderful volunteers who give and give and give some more, as well as the Rifle Branch Library for working hand in glove with us in promoting The Heritage Center throughout this past year. Also a big thank-you to the Citizen Telegram, the Post Independent and Channel 10 TV for helping us keep you informed of up coming events. We just want you to know we could not have done it without you and we are very appreciative of everyone who helped make it a banner year for the Rifle Heritage Center. We are looking forward to a great 2016.

We will be opening on May 16. Come visit us at your home town museum.
