Letter: Watching birth of giraffe

With the wonders of technology, individuals can now watch live video feeds of hatching eggs in an eagle’s nest or a giraffe giving birth.

Some people are so interested in seeing the birth of an animal that they spend many hours watching these video feeds in anticipation. In fact, a friend of mine admitted to me that she recently spent most of her day watching one of these video feeds.

This same friend, who happily gave up her day to watch an animal take its first breath, continues to passionately fight for the cold-hearted killing of an unborn human baby.
