Karate students pass testThe folks at Brian Mable Karate School in Glenwood Springs have been busy testing for new belts this month. Everyone from working women who take time out of their work day to train to kids are working hard and earning new belts. 23 Years of ExcellenceThe Glenwood Springs High School DECA team won the Western Slope DECA District Contests championship for the 23rd straight year this week. The GSHS students competed with 251 students from nine Western Slope schools. Congratulations to the following GSHS DECA students who placed in the competition and qualified to go to the state DECA Competition at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs Feb. 27, Feb.28 and March 1.The Glenwood Springs High School DECA team won the Western Slope DECA District Contests championship for the 23rd straight year this week.
