Ms. Debra Schweizer of Glenwood Springs and Richard Schweizer of Houston are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Elizabeth Schweizer, to Ross Cording Johnson, son of Carl and Margaret Johnson of Aurora, Neb. Jennifer is a 2000 graduate of Glenwood Springs High School and will graduate from the University of Colorado at Denver with a degree in music industry studies in the fall. She recently completed an internship with the Grammys in Nashville and is a production coordinator for 42 Productions in Boulder. Ross is a 1996 graduate of Aurora High School. He received a bachelors of science degree in architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2000, and completed his graduate studies in architecture at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2003. He is a project manager for Studio DH Architecture in Golden. An August 2008 wedding is planned in Glenwood Springs, and the couple resides in Denver.

Kadra and Scott Peonio of Arvada are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Grady Sean Peonio, June 12, 2008. He weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 20 1/2 inches long at birth.His big brother, Gavin James, is 23 months old.Proud grandparents are Jean Edmonds of Glenwood Springs and Debbie and Randy Peonio of Windsor.
