Dr. Abba Krieger, of Glenwood Springs, and Annette Gareyte, of Paris, have announced their wedding. The two met in Raiatea, French Polynesia, in August 2003. Abba has practiced holistic medicine in Carbondale for 26 years and one year in Glenwood Springs, and has delivered nearly 100 home births. Annette is a professor of art in Paris, paints watercolors and has fallen in love with the Canyonlands. The wedding will be Sunday, Dec. 19, at the Krieger home in Glenwood.

“If you know this handsome guy who was born Dec. 17, 1954, and graduated from GSHS in 1973, give him a call and wish him a happy birthday. Fifty years young today. Love ya, Smitty.”
