Jeremy and Corrie Rippy, of Silt, are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Reagan Blair Rippy, at 4:10 a.m. July 17, 2005. She weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 21 inches long at birth.

Proud grandparents are Miles and Teresa Rippy, Anthony and Sara Diaz, Delbert Smith and Eva Graham. She also has several great- and great-great-grandparents. Big brother is Luke Rippy, who is 2 years old.

Pearl Antonelli turns 90 on Sunday. She will celebrate her birthday with family.



Larry and Judy Mauldin, of New Castle, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Mauldin, to Ryan Briscoe. Ryan is the son of Michele and Rob Gallegos, of Rifle, and Steve and Bonnie Briscoe, of Cedaredge.

Lisa is a 2001 graduate of Glenwood Springs High School, and Ryan is a 2000 graduate of Rifle High School. They are planning a fall wedding and will make their home in Glenwood Springs.



Terry and Annie Grandorff, of Rifle, are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Kyra Elizabeth Grandorff, at 1:28 a.m. July 6, 2005. She weighed 7.1 pounds and was 20 inches long at birth.

Proud grandparents are Sharon and Sal Young, Chirp and Rocky Grandorff, and Rob and Kathy Turner, all of Oakville, Wash.

Amber Kight, 14, daughter of Linn and Bill Kight, of Glenwood Springs, has been chosen as a state finalist in the National American Miss Colorado Pageant. The state finals are Aug. 14-15 at the Denver Marriott Tech Center.
