Emily Grace Raphael

Marla Hemby-Raphael and Donald Raphael, of Montrose, are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Emily Grace Raphael, at 1:05 p.m. Aug. 11, 2005, at Valley View Hospital. She weighed 6.5 pounds and was 20 inches long at birth.

Proud grandparents are Philip and Nell Hemby, of Savannah, Ga., and Anna F. Raphael, of Sommerville, Ma.

Navy Seaman Recruit Thomas M. Fisher, son of Michele M. Liddle, of Savannah, N.Y., and Thomas M. Fisher, of Rifle, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Ill.
