Sandy Kort, of Glenwood Springs, and Mitch Hyra, of Milwaukee, were married Nov. 21, 2005, in Bon Aire, a Caribbean island.They will host an open house and reception from 2-4 p.m. March 5 at the Glenwood Springs Community Center. Lindsay Marshall Hoffmann, daughter of Peter and Nancy Hoffmann of Carbondale, and Richard Joseph Lofaro Jr., son of Richard and Verna Lofaro of Centennial, were married Aug. 6, 2005, in an outdoor ceremony at Buttermilk Mountain. Lindsay, a graduate of Basalt High School and Denison University, and Rick, a CSU graduate, met while working at the Roaring Fork Conservancy. Lindsay and Rick spent their honeymoon on the big island of Hawaii and reside in Basalt, working for the Buddy Program and the Roaring Fork Conservancy, respectively.
