Air Force Reserve Master Sgt. Melissa A. Bailey has arrived for duty at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio. The recently promoted master sergeant is a public affairs specialist assigned to the Air Force Personnel Center.She is the daughter of Ellie Duhamel of Depot Hill Road, Henniker, N.H., and sister of Tom Flanagan of Safflower Court, New Castle.Her husband, Senior Master Sgt. David P. Bailey Jr., is the son of David P. and Carole Bailey of Apache Junction, Ariz.

Dan and Stacy were married June 20, 1981, in Glenwood Springs. Happy anniversary, may you have many more. Rick and Sonya Doyal.

D’Wayne and Christina Gaymon of Rifle and Kim Tovee of Arkansas are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Jesseca Whitehead and Creston Tovee.Jesseca graduated from Rifle High School in 2003. She attended CNCC in Rangely for the dental hygiene program and has decided to go on to dentistry.Creston Tovee attended high school in Orange County, Calif.Creston’s grandmother is Kaylee Offerle of Glenwood Springs.The wedding is planned for Aug. 26 at the New Creation Church.
