Ed and Micah Daniels of Rifle are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Austin Layne Daniels, Oct. 21, 2006, at Valley View Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds and was 21 inches long at birth.

Big brother Chance Daniels, almost 4, is looking forward to his new playmate.



Proud grandparents are Ed and Denise Elder of Rifle, Janie Daniels of Glenwood Springs, and Ed and Becky Daniels of Hotchkiss.

Air Force Airman Trevor T. Lee has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.



He is the son of Betsy Rodden of Carbondale.
