Lark Guenther, formerly of Glenwood Springs, is finally marrying her high school sweetheart, Jesse Masten. They became engaged on Christmas Day in 2005.Lark is the daughter of John and Etta Guenther of Edwards, and Jesse Masten is the son of Kelly and Cindy Masten of Grand Junction. Lark is a 2001 Fruita Monument High School graduate and a 2004 graduate of Collins College in Tempe, Ariz. She is employed by Colorado Mountain News Media and works in Gypsum. Jesse is also a 2001 Fruita Monument High School graduate and is employed by SkyWest Airlines. Lark and Jesse will exchange vows Aug. 11, 2007, in Steamboat Springs.

Air Force Airman Natasha R. Mathews has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. She is the daughter of Jeffery Mathews of Eagle. Mathews is a 2006 graduate of Eagle Valley High School in Gypsum.
