Halloween winners
Shae Mollica, 9, and Lara Mollica, 7, won a fondue set donated by Glenwood Springs True Value. They entered the drawing at the Mall Mash on Oct. 25 at the Glenwood Springs Mall.
Bea Underwood students help LIFT-UP
Bea Underwood sixth-graders Jose Chavez, Robby Calderon, Garrett Austin, Karmen Steimel, Jacquelyn Janicek and Tyler Miles helped fill boxes bound for LIFT-UP in Parachute on Monday afternoon. Kyla Kiburis’ sixth-grade class gathered the most food items for the annual food drive. A total of 2,800 items were collected. This is the sixth year for the food drive, which is organized by the school’s Peer PALS in conjunction with “Make a Difference Day.”
