9 Health Fair in Carbondale

The Carbondale Lions Club and Carbondale Fire Department are sponsoring a 9 Health Fair with free and optional health screenings 7 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 17, at Roaring Fork High School. Roaring Fork High School invites the community to participate in the Cody Brickell Memorial Blood Drive from 10 a.m. to

Alpine Christian Academy Open House

Alpine Christian Academy will host an open house for prospective students and parents 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 21. Credit policy seminar

The nonprofit National Association of Credit Management Mountain West Construction Group will host an informational seminar called “Writing and Understanding a Basic Credit Policy” from 9-11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 22, at the Hotel Colorado. RSVP and information: 618-4513.

Alpine Christian Academy

Golf Tourney

The fourth annual Alpine Christian Academy Golf Tournament will take place at 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 23, at the Roaring Fork Club in Basalt. It’s a four-person scramble format, and there will be prizes for the top three winning teams, longest drive and closest to the pin. Single registration is $150, including cart, and a team is $600. Republican luncheon scheduled

Garfield County Republicans will hold its monthly luncheon at noon Wednesday, April 21, at the Buffalo Valley Inn in south Glenwood Springs. County officials will discuss the GOP county assembly which will be held April 24 at the Glenwood Springs Community Center. Credit management group meets

All suppliers to the western Colorado construction industry are invited to attend a quarterly organizational meeting of the non-profit National Association of Credit Management Mountain West Construction Group. Wine tasting for Heeling Partners

Roaring Fork Liquors will host a wine tasting from 5-7 p.m. Friday, April 23, at the Ramada Inn in Glenwood Springs. Proceeds will go to Heeling Partners of the Roaring Fork Valley. Heeling Partner teams, including canine friends, will greet people at the door. Information: 945-6500.
