Lanes will be shifted again next week. Motorists are reminded that the speed limit is 25 mph through the construction zone. The crosswalk at 23rd across Grand Avenue is now closed. Pedestrians will need to cross Highway 82 at 20th or 27th street for the remainder of the project. Intersection improvements are scheduled to be completed by Oct. 31. Restoration of utility trenches will begin next week on Highway 82 between 8th and 10th. At times traffic will be restricted to one lane; some delays may be expected. Construction of the Grand Avenue water line is scheduled for completion by Oct. 31.Railroad museum openThe Glenwood Railroad Museum is now open at the historic 1904 railroad station, across the street from the Hotel Denver.
