Winter Roundtables

As part of its 25th anniversary celebration, the Aspen Art Museum will present a series of slide lectures intimately scaled to encourage in-depth discussion among the participants, with presentations taking place at the Aspen Meadows Resort’s Hudson Commons in the Boettcher Seminar Building at 600 W. Gillespie St. The first, “Supernova: Art of the 1990s,” with Vail-based collectors Vicki and Kent Logan, will take place at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7. Aspen Art Museum Director Dean Sobel will lead the remaining three roundtables: Wednesday, Feb. 4, “One Hour Ahead: 100 Years of Art in Aspen”; Wednesday, March 5, “Word as Image”; and Wednesday, April 7, “25 Years: A History of the Aspen Art Museum.
