Valet parking, complimentary massage therapy, employees who treat you as though they rely on tips rather than salary … sound like a five-star hotel? No, actually, this is a story regarding exemplary customer service while in the care of the medical professionals at Valley View Hospital.
Our 8-year-old daughter had two procedures this year (2/25/05 and 4/20/05). Unfortunately, my daughter has had these procedures every year since she was 3 years old and has developed tremendous fear and anxiety. The medical staff (doctors, nurses and technicians) all treated us with genuine concern and compassion and were very accommodating to my daughter’s anxiety, doing everything possible to alleviate her fears.
These experiences left us with a great sense of gratitude for the quality of medical care and genuine concern and compassion of the medical staff of Valley View Hospital.
