Readers Say Thanks
The Valley View Hospital Auxiliary wishes to thank everyone who helped make the 2005 Auxiliary Raffle a huge success. The raffle is one of our biggest fundraisers and supports the auxiliary’s mission of health education, which includes the HealthSource Library and the annual nursing scholarship program.
We are very fortunate to have the support of our community with the number of tickets sales that occur each year with this event. We wish to send out special thanks and recognition to Maudie Weller and Alice Hafner for their outstanding sales efforts. We also want to thank Alpine Bank for their generous donation of the $100 savings bond.
Special thanks also go out to Marilyn Hollenbaugh for her exquisite artistry work on the quilt. Marilyn spends approximately four months (almost 900 hours) designing, creating and hand-stitching the quilt for the raffle each year.
We are very blessed to live in a community with so much generosity and selflessness.
