First and foremost, thanks go out to all the contestants and their parents for participating in the annual Elks Hoop Shoot contest on Jan. 14 at the Glenwood Springs Community Center.Congratulations to everyone and good luck to our local winners when they compete at the District Hoop Shoot in Glenwood Springs at 9 a.m. today at the community center.A special thanks to McDonald’s, the Pro Shop, the Print Works, and the Post Independent sports department for their support of this program.
