Every year, the student council at Glenwood Springs High School hosts a luncheon to recognize the presidents of each club of the school. This year, the Glenwood Canyon Brewpub graciously donated space and meals for each president. The student council would like to thank them for their generous donation as well as being a positive place for local teens to relax, eat great food and play pool. The student council would also like to recognize each president for all of their behind-the-scenes work in their respective clubs, and in helping to make GSHS a better place to be. The presidents are: John Hoban, senior class and Key Club president; Caitlin Melby, junior class president; Jesse Pine, sophomore class president; Meghan Cleland, freshman class president; Manon Jacob and Tiffany Richardson, Future Business Leaders of America co-presidents; Zac Parsons, speech team president; Hansen Nordsiek, chess club president; Giovanny Anya, Latin American Students United president; Shauna McWilliams and Haley Carmer, El Pomar Youth in Community Service co-presidents; Lisa Richards, DECA president; Haley Carmer and Lisa Richards, National Honor Society co-presidents; Ali Brown, Sam Scruby, and Katie Jepsen, Impact Club presidents; and Hannah Greenstreet and Hannah Gentry, Brimstone Newspaper editors. These students go above and beyond in making sure that the school is a better place and they deserve a big thank-you for all of their hard work.GSHS student body officersJonathan Jay, presidentCheree Carver, vice presidentCassie Brickell, secretary/treasurerGuy Brickell, student council sponsor
