Today I was privileged to attend a musical presentation at Valley View Hospital (VVH) by the Ronning family. Jennifer, the mother, announced and assisted the group. William, 16, and Jonathan, 14, played violins. Carolyn, 12, played the cello; and Faith, 10, played the harp. Also, Samuel, 7, played two numbers on the piano. What a wonderful performance by very talented, composed and thoroughly enjoyable young people!

I thanked Jennifer today and want to thank all of them publicly. It was such a treat for me to be there.

In attendance were patients, VVH employees and visitors.

Also, thanks to Lesa Russo for arranging for these musical presentations and alerting the public about them.

Glenwood Springs

I would like to thank everyone who sent thoughts, prayers, and cards to Ray and I while he was in the Colorado University Hospital for three months, and then after his death. Your outpouring of sympathy has been overwhelming. It was a difficult time for our family, but it really helped to have so much support.

Glenwood Springs, our home for almost 49 years, truly is a special place to live. God bless you all.
