The Danse Arts Theatre Company held its first annual benefit dinner and silent auction Saturday, Oct. 27, at the Hotel Colorado. We wish to thank all of the wonderful people who came out in support of our organization. The event was a great success and a good time was had by all. A special thank you to Cheryl Bloom and Jeanne Huyser for all their hard work. Thanks also to Dori Light and the Ronning family and our own dancers for entertaining us. And of course, thanks to the Hotel Colorado for its support. The New Castle Branch Library Storytime princesses and pirates would like to thank New Castle Town Hall, Hogback Pizza, New Castle Community Center, New Hope Church, New Castle Café, the Breslins, Making New Waves, the New Castle Post Office, Farmers Insurance, Valley Mortgage, Remax, Spirits, Sassy Cuts, Busy Bee Emroidery, Antiques etc., Bailey’s Bookstore, Creekside, and the Picket Fence for participating and treating them during the annual Halloween Parade.
