The Glenwood Springs Soccer Club Board of Directors extends a sincere thank-you to the community for the generous support of the club. We were able to roster 438 children ages 4 to 18 on teams playing soccer this spring. Parents and club volunteers donated hundreds of coaching hours, certified referees called 72 home games, Al Lourette and his crew from the city of Glenwood Springs maintained the soccer fields in town, and Steve White of CMC scheduled the Gates Soccer Park for our use. We are grateful for the efforts of so many to help our program grow and continue to support our local kids. Thanks to all of you wonderful, generous volunteers! Many businesses and individuals offered donations to the club, which enabled us to purchase equipment and team uniforms and to host our 10th annual Glenwood Springs Invitational Soccer Tournament over Memorial Day Weekend. We would like to thank all contributors of time and energy, and the following donors and sponsors: Big Horn Toyota; Oddo Engineering; Bethel Party Rentals; Pines Stone Company; Ramada Inn; Glenwood Springs Ford; Jordan Architecture; Sopris Surfers; Architectural Windows & Doors Inc.; CTL/Thompson; MARS Inc.; Bed & Breakfast on Mitchell Creek; Tom Roach Flooring; Tuttle Surveying Services; Young Services LLC; and Glenwood Springs Post Independent.Nancy ColiaGlenwood Springs Soccer Club
