I would like to thank the manager, Melanie, of Manor II in Glenwood Springs for the very long-needed cleaning and the new floor in our elevator.The old floor was extremely dirty and unsanitary. It was an embarrassment, and I hesitated to invite friends or family to ride up in it to visit.Melanie has worked long hours, many times Saturdays and Sundays, updating our files and trying to follow rules that are not always pleasant or easy to enforce.I can only speak for what I have experienced in the two years I have lived in Manor II.Doris WagnerGlenwood Springs
