Betty Louvene Clark

Betty Louvene Clark passed away on March 22, 2016, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction. She was 90.

Betty was born in Collbran, Colorado, on November 5, 1925, to Claud and Mable Lorimor. She spent her childhood in Collbran and graduated high school there. On February 13, 1946, she married Dariel Clark and the couple recently celebrated their 70th anniversary. Betty and Dariel have been residents of Grand Junction for 28 years. Betty enjoyed reading, cooking, fishing and traveling.

She is survived by her husband, Dariel Clark; sons, Ted (Jacque) Clark, Palisade, CO, and Jim Clark, Greeley, CO; daughters, Cathie Clark, Grand Junction, CO, and Janet (Larry) Barth, New Castle, CO; sisters, Ruth Barnes, Mesa, CO, and Norma Dwyer, Denver, CO; brother, Wayne Lorimor, Grand Junction, CO; twelve grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

No services are planned at this time.

Memorial contributions may be made in Betty’s name to HopeWest Hospice Care Center 3090 N. 12th St. Grand Junction, Colorado 81506.
