Hula Hoop Fun and Fitness

Make and decorate your own hula hoop and learn the basics of hooping. Hula hooping for half an hour can work off as many calories as cardio kick boxing or step aerobics, improves motor skills, balance, coordination, flexibility and strength. Class size is limited to 15 people, stop by the library to sign up.
