A story on the Bureau of Land Management’s proposal regarding recreation in Hubbard Mesa, published in the Dec. 17 edition of The Citizen Telegram, mistakenly stated that a secondary proposal would limit target shooting to 610 acres. The proposal would actually ban target shooting on those 610 acres only.
