Centennial Park, site of summer concerts and all kinds of gatherings, was the setting for the third annual Rifle Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 19. Under a clear, blue, sunshine-filled sky, hundreds of people enjoyed musical and dance performances, food and drink, free movie tickets from Brenden Theatres, and could even watch art being created at the Bookcliff Arts Council tent. But what’s a festival without fun for the kids? That was present in abundance, as well.
