Rifle celebrates early Independence Day
On Monday the city of Rifle hosted its Independence Day celebration a day early as residents headed to Centennial Park to watch the annual firework display with neighbors, friends and family. Performing for the crowd was Symphony in the Valley’s “Noodle Soup” ensemble, which began playing at 7:30 p.m.
The event included Mini Putt 2 Go. Jammin’ Jim the Juggler, face painting artists Noemi and Sheabrea, and food from Lucky Dog.
It was sponsored by the Visitor Improvement Fund (Lodging Tax) and Rifle Parks and Recreation.
