The Glenwood Springs Parks and Recreation Department is accepting registration for adult coed and men’s softball leagues. There will be competitive, D-comp and D-rec coed leagues, and competitive and D-comp for men. All games will be at Two Rivers Park, Sayre Park or Vogelaar Park. League play begins April 11 and lasts 10 weeks, followed by an end-of-season tournament. Team fees range from $325 to $400. The registration deadline is April 1.Information: Andy, 384-6318.

The Glenwood Springs Recreation Department will hold a Friday Night Youth Climb’n Swim from 7-9 p.m. on the second Friday of each month.The class is open to children 8-14, but children 10 and younger must be accompanied by a chaperone 14 years or older. The fee is $8 ($10 nonresident) plus a valid membership or daily pass. The registration deadline is the Wednesday prior to the event.Information: 384-6301.

The New Castle SuperBowl hosts pool tournaments at 7 p.m. each Sunday. Players must be 18 years old. Information: 984-2739.

The Rifle Creek Wednesday Morning Ladies Golf Club starts up at 9 a.m. April 6 with a short meeting and breakfast, followed by a scramble event. The club is open to any women interested in taking a few swings with the golf club on Wednesday mornings.Information: Pam Buerger, 876-2743.
