Saturdays scheduled Glenwood Defiance-Vail rugby match at Glenwood Park was canceled because wet grounds. No new date has been determined. The Defiance rugby teams next match is an intersquad contest at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 18, at Glenwood Park.

The annual regional Hershey track meet for children ages 9-15 is Wednesday, June 15, on the Glenwood Springs High School track. The meet, organized by the Glenwood Springs Recreation Department and the Glenwood Springers youth track club, features running events, along with long jump and softball throw competitions.There is no entry fee. All competitors must bring a copy of their birth certificates. No cleats are allowed. Pre-registration starts at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the northeast entrance of the track. The first event starts at 4 p.m.Event winners advance to the state finals in Fort Collins on June 25.Information: 384-6311;

This weeks Strawberry Days tennis tournament on the Community Center courts will accept registrations through 6 p.m. Monday. The event features separate competitions for junior and adult players in singles, doubles and mixed doubles.Registration forms are available at the Community Center.

The Glenwood Springs Soccer Club is taking registrations for the fall soccer season. The fee is $60, and the registration deadline is June 15. Registration forms are available in the lobby of the Glenwood Springs Library. Information: 945-6091.

Lakota Canyon Ranch Golf Club will offer a womens golf clinic from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, June 14-16, The clinic is open to all ability levels and is limited to the first 15 players. The cost is $55 for all three sessions. Information: 984-9700.

The Girls Basketball Day Camp, run by Girls Hoops Inc., in conjunction with Roaring Fork High School, will be June 27 through July 1 in Carbondale.The camp runs from 9 a.m. to noon (ninth- through 12th-graders next fall) and 1-4 p.m. (fifth- through eighth-graders).The fee is $135 for the four-day camp.Information and registration: Kelly Mahlum, (719) 648-0414 or
