The Soda Pop Open golf tournament, Aug. 1 at the Glenwood Springs Golf Club, still has tee times available for competitors.

The Glenwood Springs Parks and Recreation Department’s Outdoor Teen Program is offering a combination mountain bike/caving overnight trip Tuesday and Wednesday.

The group heads out of the Yeoman Park area and bikes to a campground within walking distance of Fulford Cave. Cave exploration leads to an underground river, the “Sacrifice Slab,” a challenging climb into the “attic” and a slither through the “stovepipe” to the exit.

Participants need their own bike, helmet, camping gear and headlamps for the cave. Complete equipment lists are available at the Glenwood Springs Community Center.

The $45 fee ($54 nonresident) covers transportation, food and camping fees.

Information: 384-6301.
