The third annual Cody Brickell miniature golf tournament is from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, at Johnson Park in West Glenwood. A silent auction will be part of the activities. The event benefits the Glenwood Springs High School wrestling program.Day tickets are $5 per person and $20 for a family. Hole sponsorships are available for $100. The third annual St. Stephen’s Golf Classic will be held at Ironbridge Golf Club in Glenwood Springs on Sept. 16. The four-person scramble has a team entry fee of $500. Individuals may enter for $150. Fee includes lunch, greens fees, cart and postplay appetizers. Sponsorships are still available.Information: 945-7746.

The third annual Lead King Loop 25K and inaugural Quarry Trail Climb 12.5K will be held Sept. 17. The 25K will start at 8 a.m., and the 12.5K will start at 9:30 a.m. The races are a benefit for the Marble Charter School. Runners receive a technical T-shirt, breakfast and lunch, commemorative pint glass, goody bag and a chance at raffle prizes.
