After-school flag football starting upThe Glenwood Springs Recreation Department is offering a flag football program for first- through third-graders starting Monday. Flag football participants meet Mondays and Wednesdays at Vogelaar Park from Sept. 13 to Oct. 13. The fee is $38 ($45 nonresidents).
