The Healthways/SilverSneakers fitness program is coming to the Carbondale Recreation and Community Center. The Aspen Yacht Club is hosting its 39th annual regatta July 19-20 on Ruedi Reservoir, which is located 18 miles up Frying Pan Road from Basalt.Classes include: J22, Santana 20, Ultimate 20, Star, PHRF, A and B, C-15, Laser and Portsmouth. Races start at 11:30 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. Spectators are welcome, as is anyone interested in racing, crewing or joining the club. It’s almost that time of year again. The Glenwood Open golf tournament, hosted by the Glenwood Springs Golf Club, is scheduled for July 11-13, beginning with a Pro-Am on July 11.
