Hobblers complete 5K to benefit Silt Historical Society

The Silt Historical Society Hobble 5K foot race took place on Saturday on the streets of Silt. A total of 44 runners and walkers took part, and proceeds benefited efforts to preserve the town’s history.

Top 10 finishers at the event were as follows (*denotes top female finisher):

1. Doug Furlong (23 minutes, 57.3 seconds); 2. BJ Fessant (24:11.3); 3. Johnny Utah (24:51.7); 4. Brad Palmer (25:01.5); 5. Patrick Smith (26:26.5); 6. *Amanda Furlong (26:36.4); 7. Lucas Smith (27:04.8); 8. Phil Samora (27:54.2); 9. Chris Hickel (28:21); 10. Miranda Townsend (28:28.4)
