Many performances are planned throughout the Grand Valley, featuring a variety of music styles — from folk to rock — between Jan. 16-22.
BARONS
In Transition, Devin Devin Dean and William Pogany will perform at Barons, located at 539 Colorado Ave., in Grand Junction on Friday, Jan. 16, at 9 p.m. The show is free and open to ages 21 and older.

CRUISERS
Johnny Campbell and The Bluegrass Drifters will perform on Friday, Jan. 16, at 9:30 p.m. at Cruisers Bar, located at 715 Horizon Dr. in Grand Junction.
Gerry Goodman Band, a local rock band, will perform on Saturday, Jan. 17, at 9:30 p.m.
The Lil’ Smokies, a bluegrass band from Montana, will perform on Sunday, Jan. 18, at 8 p.m.
The shows have a $5 cover and open to ages 21 and older.

CHARLIE DWELLINGTON’S
A weekly blues jam is set every Tuesday night at Charlie Dwellington’s (103 N. First St., Grand Junction) from 7-10 p.m. It includes open-play sessions and performances by the host band. The event is free. For more information, contact Troy at 970-314-7004.
COLORADO MESA UNIVERSITY
Rockestra will perform on Saturday, Jan. 17, from 7:30-9:30 p.m. at Colorado Mesa University’s Robinson Theatre (1100 North Ave., Grand Junction). Tickets cost $20-25 and all seating is reserved.
