PARACHUTE — Ben Jenkins scored a pair of goals and Ben Holland and Jari Lindholm also found the net, helping Colorado Rocky Mountain School’s boys soccer team earn a 4-2 Class 3A Region 3 victory over Grand Valley on Saturday.

Holland and Jacob Radin also had an assist each and Patrick Slory chipped in a pair of assists for the Oysters (2-0-0 overall and league play), who owned a 2-1 lead over the Cardinals at halftime. Jonas Geier had three saves in goal for CRMS in the victory.

“I think we’re still trying to find out how to play together,” CRMS coach Dan Pittz said. “We’ve shown so far how we have the chance to be great, but we have to figure out how to be consistent.”

The Oysters are off until Sept. 21 when they host a league match against Aspen.
