A one-point game through three quarters Tuesday night came down to a 12-8 fourth-quarter run for the host Titans in the intra-district showdown between Rifle and Coal Ridge.

Playing on its home court, Coal Ridge held the slight advantage, 27-26, at halftime and the Bears held the margin through the third frame.

Individual stats were not immediately available. The Titans improve to 3-1 on the season and Rifle falls to 2-3. Up next for Coal Ridge is a Thursday game at Grand Valley, and for the Bears is a trip to Steamboat Springs, also on Thursday.
